Each Signature Fiber Art handbag starts in my head, with an original design, and is then translated into a pattern. The process continues with hand knitting, felting, and blocking to dry. Since each purse is an original, I also choose a special lining to add to the overall design of the purse. Inside pockets and a hand signed tag are added. The final and most important element of each design is my signature embellishment.  It is applied using a variety of hand-craft techniques, which I have been perfecting for over 35 years.
